when creating proxy, media encoder is not installed error

I have already installed media encoder and my premiere pro and media encoder are in same version (15.41)

But when I create proxy at premiere pro, "Adobe media encoder is not installed" error message appears on the screen still,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

What should I do to solve this problem...?

Olá meu amigo acabei de resolver esse meu problema:

Eu observei que o meu premiere esta na versão english (internacional) e o meu media encoder em Português. Eu mudei o meu media encoder para english e o problema foi resolvido. Olha se a sua versão também esteja assim, premiere em um idioma e o media encoder em outro idioma.
