When ever i move an object , something else move with , pls watch the video to understand

here is the video expailaining the issue ,

*the issue is in moving anything in th sceene , something else move also .

*tried version 22, 23 same thing in both ,

*in my old pc(no grafiq carte ), all was good ,but in this new one(rtx 3050) this issue show up ,

please , i trust you experience to solve this,

hey, i just fixed so, the solution is coz a of a pograme called Qtranslate was running in the background ,

so, it like it always clicking CTRL key,

Perhaps someone else knows why this is happening, but if no one more knowledgeable answers: you could try resetting your preferences and caches.
