Question

When Exporting it seems that my video is being condensed by 5 seconds

I have a video that it's legnth totals to 00:07:02:29. When I go to export my video it only goes to 00:06:58:22. When I play through the whole video, all of it's content is there. Nothing is missing, it seems like it's been condensed by 5 seconds. I've set the video range to Entire Source and I've experiment with the other options. None of those options change the overal length of the export. Also, while in the Export window you can see the the Source has the correct video legnth, 00:07:02:29. Does anyone know how I can keep my video from condensing 5 seconds?

Thank you!

Most likly because your sequence is 30.30 fps, your export is 30 fps.

Best is to convert variable framerate footage to constant framerate before bringing it into Premiere.
