when exporting .mov files to H.264 only getting stills

Hey jordan229194870cbk glad you got a workaround going to handle the issue. Thanks for the reply, 

So i did find a work around which was to send export to Media Encoder rather than export direectly and this produced a perfect MP4. Hweve doesn't work out what the issue is with exporting .mov files directly from Premier so would still like to sort out if possible. .

I have attached a couple of screen shots of the timeline and the export screen. The message about coecs isn't coming up any more but I did try exporting again after it worked in ME.

Hi Jordan229194870cbk, hope your day is going well for you , aside from the drone footage export issue of course. It can be extremely frustrating getting errors on a step as simple as exporting. Hopefully we can offer some help in this situation. I have a few questions for you that will help us further assist you.

If you could also list the exact steps you took with the footage so we know exactly how to reproduce it on our end what you are experiencing that will be most excellent. Feel free to provide a screen grab or video of what you are seeing when you export that would be very helpful.

Now when you say,
"i am just getting a series of stills showing for the length of the video and changing at the correct place on the timeline. "
Does this mean that you have a work area set on your .mov clip and that when you export to H264 the drone shot is creating a new file with stills at the head and tail of the video in and out you have selected?

Another thing we could do is if you have any files/shots from the Drone camera you have been experiencing trouble with and want to send it our way we can do some test exports on our end to get the same results you are. We can provide you with a link to upload a shot or two that has been giving you problems.

Thank you for your systems specs those are great , could you include which version of Premiere Pro you are experiencing this issue in ? As well as a screen grab of your exports settings and wether or not you have attempted to export any other type of file such as DPX or MXF QuickTime.
