When I import any mogrt file or any heay media , it shows errors.

I have tried almost everything but despite being a good configuration system, Premier Pro doesnt work properly.. The moment I import any mogrt file or any heay media , it shows errors. 

Can someone in the community with good knowledge of how to make it work, help me on a video call. I will share my screen and maybe you can guide me how to do it.

I am currently using :

i9 - 10th Gen

2 TB SSD

Windows 11

32GB RAM

NVIDIA 3070

Please help.
