Hi,

I am using Premier CC 2017 on Windows 10.

However, when I import the mts file from Premiere, no audio is output.

Is this related to the recent expiration of Adobe's Dolby license?

If you try to import a file, "Dolby Codec must be installed in order to use this feature.

If you click [OK], this codec is installed and activated for immediate use" message appears and clicking OK does not install anything .

The same is true if you delete the media cache or load it into the media browser.

Will this issue be fixed in the future?

Or do not you support it anymore?

please answer about my question.

Thanks.

Dolby audio is handled natively via Windows 10 in versions 11.1.4 and later.  Because of a licensing issue, earlier versions will no longer work with Dolby audio.

I've been trying to find a solution all week, did you have any luck?
