When I try to open Encore I get a message to say I need to renew my creative cloud subscription

Hello I have Premiere pro cs6 and along with it Encore cs6. I have a paid copy of premiere pro cs6 - I do not need a subscription to creative cloud to use it; in fact that is why I bought it. However it is not allowing me into my encore so that I may creative a dvd of my work that I used Premiere Pro cs6 to create.

Please help.
