When importing video to premiere pro, audio becomes out of sync and loops.

I need some help! I'm using Premiere Pro 2025 with the Influx extension, and whenever I import a video with audio, the audio does not sync to the video whatsoever. In my files, it is synced and everything is completely fine, but in Premire Pro, it's not. The first 10-60 seconds will be synced, and then after that, it just loops, making it out of sync. It's not like I can unlink the audio and video, and just manually sync it as the audio is unnecessarily looping, and the rest of the audio is just replaced. Changing the format does NOT work, and this is happening on ALL of the videos I import. Clearing my cache and resetting Premeire has done nothing.

Not sure if this is a bug, or if I'm just being stupid, lol! Thank you!
