When is it safe to delete (prproj) project files in Premiere Pro Auto-Save?

Using Premiere Pro 2017, I have more than 100 Gb of auto-save files, many of them successive generations of projects, such as below. Is it safe to delete 1-4 if I am working on the latest version, Valero Arrests - 5.prproj?  Also, is it safe to delete pek and cfa files and renderings?

    You can delete auto save any time you want. Make sure you have a back up just in case.

    cfa and pek files too. If Premiere needs them it will make new ones.
