Where are events logs stored?

I recently had an unusual notice in Premiere's Events panel (turned out I simply had a corrupt PNG in an animation I was exporting). While I was debugging the issue, it would have been helpful if I could have copied the report to a text file, but there appears to be no way to copy text from the Events panel. That led me on a search for the event log file itself in hopes that it was a text-friendly file, but I can't find it. Any suggestions? Thanks. Premiere Pro 24.1, Windows 11

    Same problem here. Great! I have an Events panel but no way to copy the details to get some help from the community.
    Where is the log on Mac?

    I would like to upvote this.  I have a production that is over 1 year old.  One project in particular constantly has 'failed to read the following file:' errors.  but that's it.  I still don't know which file or files cause this problem.

    Only recently has my working project timeline begun to have the same problem.  Presumably because whatever media in the other project is now/finally in my timeline.

    I sure would like to know which media is causing trouble.
