Where Are My Scripts!!!!!?

I was on Adobe Story for free and it was killing me knowing that, c'mon, this can't stay free forever, this is a big gamble trusting all of this work to a free service... but I'm the idiot who trusted that my work would be safe.  I have a number of scripts on Adobe Story Free version... I went in to look at one since I'm shooting in two weeks... and it gave me the message that I had to use the trial or, now, pay.  I figured, okay, I'll use the trial to get my stuff off of there.  It said my trial expired.  Um, I NEVER used it!  I called Abobe, when I finally got a hold of someone, he assured me that when I subscribe, all of my work will be there.  Fine.  I subscribed and, holy crap... NOTHING IS THERE!!!

Adobe... I have a call in early, supposedly someone's calling me back.  What happened!?  Can I recover my work!?  And, has this happened to anyone else?

Super worried now.

    Welp, I'm the moron... for the hell of it, I wanted to make sure I didn't have some second Adobe ID... and apparently I did.  I was able to get into it now, whew!
