Where can I buy Adobe Encore to author DVDs in 2020?

I'm looking to author DVDs and Blu-Ray. Yes I know discs are becoming obsolete, but I want them for home videos.

    Cyberlink Power2Go 13 has a trial download version.  It will be adequate for home videos.

    just do some searching here for encore and you'll get your answer...  no.  it's no longer supported by adobe for reasons you'll learn if you want to do the search...   There are alternatives to Encore that you'll find in your search.
