Where can I find detailed documentation on developing a plugin for Premiere Pro?

I have read through the documentation provided with the SDK but it is very limited. Some of the features I wish to implement appear doable aftering looking through the sample projects but these projects give limited information. Are there any other documents that can assist me with the SDK?

Since you've already looked at the documentation and sample projects provided with the SDK, this is the right place for further questions.  What are you looking to do?

You may also look through the plug-ins commercially available for Premiere Pro, and see if their functionality is comparable to something you're looking at building:
