Where can I get Premiere CC 2017?

I am very unahppy with Premiere Pro CC 2018, 2019, 2020.  It's the worst version of Adobe Premiere I have ever used in 18 years.  I can believe this is the best you can do.  Who is making the decisions on this?

They should all be fired.
