Where is Encore & Premiere Pro CS5 in "Other Versions"

It seems that every 6 months or so, I need to reinstall things from the Creative Cloud app.  As I recall, previous installs had a section for "Older Versions" which I no longer see.  When I select the drop-down on the update/install page of the latest CC interface, I see an "Other Versions", but CS5 is not listed.  The ONLY reason I want to install it is to be able to access Encore for DVD/BluRay disk burning of files created in Premiere Pro CC.  Does this mean not only that Adobe is not longer supporting Encore (I understand that), but that it can't even be separately downloaded and used parallel to other PP versions?  Or am I missing something.

CS5 was never listed.

You need Premiere CS6 in order to use Encore.

If you click on the dropdown menu next to Premiere CC your will find CS6 under other versions.
