Where is everything?

What is going on with PREMIERE PRO? I now have to find and relink assets almost every time I open a project...all the files are now in many different folders, named by date. I have to hunt for everything and this has seriously screwed up my workflow, epecially if I"m collaborating with someone.

In fact, one multi-faceted project has ground to a standstill while we look for graphic, audio or video files. Who goes to bed and dreams this up at night? I came in with deadlines and spent most of the day looking for stuff in /Source/date or /Output when it used to be, that, once it was linked in PrProj, it stayed linked! Then a collaborator called to yell at me because she couldn't find anything in the shared files, either!

BTW, Creative Cloud 5.11, Premiere Pro and all apps up-to-date. Please advise, and thank you!
