Hi.

I've just moved from Adobe premiere 7.1 to 9.0 and I can't find the SLIDING BANDS effect.
I'm using it for all my subtitles and I really need it. When I open my previous 7.1 projects it's still there where it has been applied but I can't find it in the effects list to add it to new subtitles.

The previous version shows this message

And I can't solve this problem.
For example no one answered my question at the end of this topic:
"This project contained a sequence that could not be opened".

The Sliding Bands looks like this: full picture size vertical belts are sliding horizontally from one side to the other.
The Band Slide looks like this: half size rectangles are sliding from BOTH sides over each other. - You can make them to go from up and down positions or tighten them but you CAN NOT force them to be full size and to go just from one direction to the other, not over each other.
These are DIFFERENT effects.

Thanks for the quick answer. The Band Slide was the first thing I've checked. However...

This does different thing!
This one overlaps chunks of picture A and picture A - as sliding over each other.
Does not even resemble the previous one.
