Where is the fastest version?

Version 24 became slow and buggy.
After just a few uses, I was forced to go back to version 23.

Some of the points I noticed in minutes of use:

Out-of-sync indicator in clips that have only changed track. (video and audio linked, could not go out of sync)

Very slow when scrolling through the video. If you move the needle with the mouse, the monitor will skip through the video. This does not happen with the same project in version 23.

Delay in timeline zoom. Every time I zoom out or zoom in it takes half a second to update the timeline.

Frozen timeline bug when the Track mixer is open. All versions 24 have this error.

Slowness when selecting multiple clips in the timeline.

Duplicate frame marker not updating automatically

Auto-tagging Audio that has no option to disable

I think there would be more problems if I continued using it, but I can't work with something like that.
All of this occurred even with a clean installation, with default settings.
If version 23 is working, I rule out that it is a hardware, drive or OS problem.
