Where is the file that Premiere is serving after crash?

Premiere crashed and serves me the file from before. I chose to not use it because I just saved ( I thought, stupid me).

I opend up the file from the autosafe folder and went back to work.

Than I saved that file but now that I want to start working on it, I only can find the file from far before the crash.

I looked in the Library TMP and all those but can not find it.

Is it gone forever or is there a chance to get my work back?

Please help.
