Where is the Graphics Workspace?

I have installed the newest Spring 2017 Premiere Pro on my 27" iMac and want to know how to add GRAPHICS to the workspace bar along with ASSEMBLY EDITING COLOR, etc, which are already there. The Manage Workspace bar option only allows me to delete existing workspaces.  I watched the Spring 2017 creative cloud  overview by Jason Levine, and thought it would be nice to have all of the workspaces available on the bar as in his tutorial.

    I am having trouble finding the profile and layout on the premiere pro location on my pc
