Where is the uparrow that used to allow you to change the font size of all the close captioning?

Question

OK.  Some incompent non-user programmer of you software decided to move the up arrow that allowed you to change all the closed caption font size at once.  Where is it?  And.,.. I would like you to just give me ONE logical reason why this change is a better idea that where it was before.  I dare you.

To change the font size for all captions on a track, follow these steps:

Select your caption in the timeline.
Navigate to the Properties panel (this replaces the Essential Graphics panel for caption editing).
Under Track Style, click the Redefine Style button.
In the dialog box, select All Captions on Track and click OK.

This will apply the font size change to all captions within the selected track.
