I am new to Adobe Premiere Pro and I was trying to follow a Youtube video on how to use Flicker Free to get rid of video flicker.  So, I'm going to the tutorial and it tells me to click on the sequence I want to address, click on Video Effects, Digital Anarchy and then Flicker Free.  Well, first, there is no Digital Anarchy selection or Flicker free.  Could someone tell me what I am doing wrong please?  Thank you.

    Flicker Free is a third-party plugin that you must get from Digital Anarchy, it doesn't come with Premiere Pro. https://digitalanarchy.com/Flicker/main.html
