Whip Pan Transition Error

Hi,

I tried adding a Whip pan effect(With 'offset' and 'Directorial Blur') in my premiere pro project with the help of this tutorial.

It was working perfectly fine until i made few frame adjustment for the sake of adding cinemascope manually. Now that Adjustment Layer effect start from a Black and it is evident in video out.  How can i solve this little things ? Anyone ? ....
