Hi, I recently updated creative cloud. Now when importing any of my F65 raw footage there is just a white screen.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi toledano_os,

Sorry for the trouble. Adding to Peru Bob's suggestions, try to change the renderer in project settings & check the preview.

Here are the steps: FAQ: How to change the Video Renderer in Premiere Pro?

    Thanks,

    Hi Vidya,

I also tried changing the renderer in project settings but didn't work neither.

The SonyRaw file importer plug-in seems to be working fine.

I think it is more a problem of displaying the raw footage in this new release of Premiere 2018.

    Any other ideas?

    Please let me know,

    Thanks

    Hi toledano_os,

Click on the settings button of Program and source monitors and check if "Composite Video" is selected or not.

    Thanks,

    Vidya

    Try resetting the preferences:

FAQ: How to reset preferences in Premiere Pro?

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:

    Reset a workspace

Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.

    1. Do one of the following:
      • Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
      • Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

    from here:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/workspaces.html

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

    Hi Peru Bob,

I tried all the steps you suggested, but it didn't work.

The only way I can update the firmware of my graphics card is updating the operating system, which I don't want to.

I'm running MacOS X Sierra 10.12.6, but the thing is that before updating Adobe CC to the 2018 release, it was working fine.

Also I work in Da Vinci Resolve and my F65's Raw footage always displays perfectly, so I don't think it is a problem related to the video card. But maybe I'm wrong.

    Any other ideas?

    Thanks anyway,
