Why are my clips importing twice (one online, one offline clip)?

When I import my 4K footage, each clip appears twice. One clip is online, but the second has a "?" icon beside it and is offline?

Like Warren said, out of the 3 ways to import, the Media Browser is the most fail-safe option.

Please let us know if you get different results when using that.

Are you using File > Import, drag and drop, or the Media Browser?

For many camera formats, the Media Browser should be the first choice.
