Why are my videos uploading to youtube as 360 degree videos when they are not meant to be??

I made a couple short videos with some effects I learned on Youtube and when exported on my computer they look fine but after uploading to Youtube they become 360 degree videos which distorts them heavily and ruins them. Why is this happening? Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find anything when searching for this.

Used any immersive effects/transitions in the timeline?

Or checked VR properties in the sequence settings or export settings?

I figured out, it's neccesary to turn off VR video window in Export panel. Thank you for your feedback.

Figured it out! I was making a fast zoom transition effect, and the tutortial instructed me to turn the shutter angle on the adjustment layer i was working on to 360, and to Un-check the box that says "Use compisition shutter angle" so that the zoom effect has more blur. And I checked my export settings and I think it automatically switched it to be encoded as a VR video. Which was just a box to uncheck. I wasn't able to pick YoutubeHD Export preset settings because when I unchecked the VR box it turned it to Custom Export settings. But I just uploaded it to youtube and it's fixed. Thank you!
