WHY ARE THERE WHITE CIRCLES IN KEYFRAME?

Hello...I downloaded a Premiere preset-a transition. However, several circles appear in the keyframe rather than the usual half black-half white triangle. I need to change and use these white circles to adjust in my particular sequence. What are these circles? Never saw them before.

Preciate the response. I am still unable to move the auto bezier circle keyframes. I can't even right mouse button CTRL-CLICK to change it as the link suggests. How can I change the circular keyframe marker? I can right click the triangle keyframe marker and change its settings.

You need to expand the Motion tab first. Click on the little arrow left of the word motion.
