Why are these issues still happening on a brand new PC?

I'm going to switch to something else, I've worked on Premiere Pro for a few years now and it's become so buggy that it's enfuriating, I literally JUST got a new PC and it's still bugging out, literally not even exporting now. I have to restart it multiple times, the program can't handle anything. Why are these slow-timing issues not addressed?

That's a right pain!

But if you don't give us the details we need to troubleshoot for you, we can't help! Please give us the OS/CPU/RAM/GPU, and media and effects in use.

Remember, several million other users are working away.

Although if you've got a 50 series Nvidia GPU, those are simply problematic at this time across most apps. Unfortunately.
