Why aren't there more label colors? This seems like such an obvious oversight.

As most of you probably know from experience, labeling clips is an incredibly important part of editing. For every project I have set up a color code, but Premiere only allowing up to 8 colors is really ridiculous. It makes my job so much more difficult than it needs to be. It's just odd that After Effects gives you 16 options, so it shouldn't be hard for Adobe to just push an update.

Are there any third-party plug-ins that solve this issue?

I Hope the CS version can have apperance color like CS6, especially timeline audio color and video frame in timeline more fine coz CC2018 too big wasting timeline space, it need expand the line space just can show the video frame. Program Monitor & Source Monitor much bigger in CS6. But CC2018 monitor too small, i sow line space to big, wasting space, and can't convert mts or m2ts file coz audio not supported, (i use windows 7),CS6 supported, weird.

But CC2018 version do improve some feature like double timeline video or audio it'll show in the source monitor with exact number where the indicator move, second time i move the indicator to the back a bit in same audio or video track and double click again the source monitor will move too to the exact number where the indicator i moved (second time), it is quite important when editing the same track, old days i used Premier Pro 1.5, also have this function, but when i used CS6 this function not work, coz when double click timeline video or audio track the exact number will not show when i move indicator second time in timeline , Thanks the improvement in CC2018 version
