why can i not access my file i published to creative cloud

i exported my file in premiere and i went to publish it to the cloud so i could access it elsewhere but i can't find the file. why

Could you add some more details to your post? What steps did you follow to export your file and 'publish to the cloud' and then what did you do to try an access file and what your were expecting to happen? That will help us help you.
