Why can't I render my sequence to the assigned folder?

Hi,everyone!

My premiere pro is in version 23.2. When I finished my sequence, I can't render it to a folder. If I do so, the media can't be opened. However, if I render it to the desktop, it will be successful. Did anyone face that kind of problem before? Thanks!
