Mod note: I changed the title of the post to reflect your issue.

I get that this is a venting post, but I'll bite-
As Averdahl posted, you can just close/ignore them. Personally I don't love the new "Create new project" pipeline baked into the program, but you can avoid that pretty easily using a tool like Digital Rebellion's Post Haste  (free download). This will create a .prproj file for you, with whatever custom parameters you determine. Then you can just double-click on that freshly-created .prproj and bypass all of the "intro" Premiere screens.
If your issue is subscription/cost, Blackmagic's DaVinci Resolve is another pro-level tool that you can use individually completely free.

Hmmm... You were on a roll there @Hutch Harris but went off track towards the end. 😮

BTW: In beta, no doubt to release soon, we're back to a quick new project screen, and there already are project presets we can save in the current version.

@Kuyosakee You might want to use some of those tutorials if you don't know how to bypass stuff. But anyways, choose a new workspace rather then the "Learning" workspace and note the info above regards the simplified New Project screen.

You don´t need to run them: Close the tutorial and just give the project a name, set the Project Location and click on Create.
