We need more information to better understand the issue. Where are you noticing the quality loss or artifacts—are they visible in the Program Monitor or in your exported video?

Additionally, could you provide details about the video format and codec?

Try checking your Alpha Channel settings: Go to Clip > Modify > Interpret Footage and see what settings are applied.
