Why does evry update slow the rendering process down?

I have used the same camera with the same files, with the same effects for the last 5 years. Every time you give a major update the render time takes longer to render the exact same files! Do you collude with the computer manufactures to make hardware upgrades neccessary? I have upgraded my computer and GPU multiple times and it still takes longer to render. A 18-20 min 4k video took roughly 11-13 min to render in 2021. Now it takes 21 minutes. This with a powerfull modern computer and GPU. Why does Media Encoder hang up at the end of every video, even after at least 3 MAJOR upgrades????
