Why does my entire screen gets messed up when I add 1 new window?

Question

Happens to me in Adobe Premiere. Yesterday the section that monitors the movement in time when you zoom and adjust an image or video just disappeared. Just like that it is gone. Now I tried to get it back. I open the Windows bar and click on a thing that I think is it. Wrong. Wrong! And now I litteraly have to de-instal Adobe Premiere in order to get it back into the screen I was used to.

Why is this so complicated? Why did it take me 3 login attempts with 3 different codes, a password change, a Google-account connection to write a gdm message here? Is this feedback system created so people will get to frustrated and just not feedback? Cuz it 100% looks like that.

It sounds like the Effect Controls panel was closed.There is no need to uninstall Premiere Pro. Panels are never gone, only hidden, so you can easily bring it back.Select Window > Effect Controls (Shift+5) to reopen it.You may have also accidentally selected something like Window > Workspaces > Effects, which will completely rearrange your workspace.If this does not resolve it, share the names of the panels you are describing and we can point you to the right one.More on how workspaces work here: What are workspaces?
