Why does my texts in Premiere and After Effects looked jagged ?

This is my problem for a while now. It seems that if I do texts or import text titles/templates in premiere and after effects its jagged. tried rendering the sequence in and out and matched everything from bitrates to aspect ratios. I even searched this problem on the internet but no one seems to have the right answers. I used DVCpro its good but when you use different sequence setting it becomes jagged. Please help
