Why I am getting this error while exporting?

I exportet a video a while ago, and now I noticed some mistakes and went into the project file and fixed them. A few days ago, the exporting went perfect and fast, but now I can't export the video. If I am trying to export it through Adobe Media Encoder, I am getting this error:

------------------------------------------------------------Also, I changed the "Optimize Render for" Option in Premiere to "Memory", because I only have 8GB RAM (its pretty hard to afford a Video Editing Pc for a 14-year old like me), but I am getting the same errors again.
I tried to make a preview of the complete sequence too, what went well, and then using the "Use Previews" option while exporting, but it changed nothing.
I am pretty new to Premiere and I really don't know what to do...
