Why I am not able to Import Motion Graphics Templates (.mogrt)?

I want to import Motion graphics but I am getting this error

"This motion graphics template was created in after effects please go install after effects "

But I have After effect of 2018 version

Please make sure that both your Premiere and After Effects are up to date through the creative cloud app.

My guess is you likely need an equivlant version of After Effects installed based on the generation of the MOGRT. For example that MOGRT may have been made in After Effects 2019 or 2020 and therefore requires that version of AE to be installed.
