Your source footage is larger than your sequence is set to be.

Make a new, empty sequence (File > New > Sequence)

Click OK to what ever sequence settings are offered for a choice.

Drag a DJI clip from the Project Panel into the empty sequence.

You will be asked to match the sequence settings to the source properties. Click Change Sequence Settings.

You should be good to go.
