Why is my video bleached out?

Hey, first time here. I think of myself as relatively experienced - but having an issue with Prem Pro - in that the exported footage seems way more 'bleached' out than the footage in my playback monitor (albiet in the software - not hardware). Checked scopes though and all seems okay. For some reason, the whites are way higher that they should be - and looks terrible (when it looks good in the software). Causing a grading nightmare.

Footage is 4k from C300 MKIII

So the details here matter.

Color space of the clips? Color space of the sequence? Color space of the export?

As if any of these don't match the others, you will get this.

Plus ... is this log encoded? If so, which? Is auto log detection on, and auto tonemapping?
