Why is my video importing like crap?

Hello, I used a Canon XA10 on a recent shoot and have never had problems with the video importing in the past, but this project all of the video looks fine in thumbnail mode but as soon as I scrub or place in timeline it looks like this:

Any ideas why this is occurring? And, is there a way to fix it?
