Actually when i try to import some video which i recorded from an  game which contains both the audio and video but when i try to edit it audio is been complete out of sync with the audio. I just did some research from many websites and even from YouTube nothing is been working out. Few of them were suggesting to change the format of the video from .mp4 to .mov . Which was also not working because my operating system is Windows 8.1 and I am using CS6. Where the .mov extension works only with the mac products. Even some suggested to download the Quicktime for windows even that was not working too.... Is there any way where i can solve this problem. If any please help me out....

Your game-play recording is Variable Frame Rate (VFR) and Premiere Pro needs Constant Frame Rate (CFR) to work properly.

Download Handbrake, and convert the files to CFR by selecting the little circle by CFR and also setting a specific numeric frame-rate number.

Why it is always out of sync? Because its game footage and Premiere cannot handle gamefootage.

Run it through Handbrake first and set it to Constant Framerate and try again.
