Why is the audio lower in the resulting mp4 file than in premiere pro (pc)? And how to fix this.
When I work on a video in Premiere Pro (any latest version), the audio is noticeably louder than the audio of the resulting file (MP4). In other words, the MP4 audio is at a much lower volume than the volume heard when working in Premiere. It wasn't always this way but it is now. Any idea what's wrong and how to fix it?

Perhaps the audio of the original is stereo, but the export is mono or dual mono? That would normally be 3dB lower due to the something or other Law of summing audio to mono.
