Here's the issue:

Adobe has detected serious issues with both the 528.89 and 528.95 drivers that are the "latest" in the Production Branch. The last Production Branch driver that did not have those compatibility issues was the 528.49 driver version.

There is a 531.41 driver for your RTX A4000 graphics card. However, it is of the New Feature Branch rather than the Production Branch. You may elect to try that driver as it is of a numerically higher driver version than the "latest" Production Branch driver.

PSA:

The Production Branch driver for the workstation GPUs has been updated to 535.98 at the beginning of this week.

Thanks so much for the info. I’ll try the later driver. If that doesn't work, I’ll roll back.
