Why the oftware of my Premiere Pro disappeard this morning when I installed the updates?

This morning Adobe let me know that there are updates of several Adobe apps.

After installijng them Lightroom and Photoshop remained on my desktop app-page, but Premiere disappeared. How can I find Premiere again and set an icon on my bureao-page?

Thank you, Ann. That was exactly the problem, that I couldn't finf this app. Never mind, meanwhile I fould it but it is very annoying, that Adobe forces me to search the app when I let it be updated.
