why there is a small black point at the centre of my video?

I hv creat a Adjustment layer for the video (making black bar) , and there is a small black point at the centre of one of the clip, and when i put this clip at the top of the adjustment layer, the black point  disappeared, what happened???? How can I adjust it?

    I would suggest a different approach.  Instead of adding black bars to the footage to make it widescreen, change the sequence settings to the aspect ratio you need.  1920 x 804 is good for Scope aspect.  There are also DCI specs for working in 2K and 4K.

    Black bars will be added automatically when it comes times to export for HD or Blu-ray deliverables.
