why wont VBR pass 2 export show me a estamated time

hello i am using VRB pass 2 to export a 4k 3 hour long video and it hasn't given me a estimated render

time after 4 hours it usually gives me a time with CBR but I wanted to use VBR pass 2 for best quality does it usually not give a time

 

(don't think this is important but eh) my rig 1080ti

i-core 58600k

16 gigs of ram

I don't think 2-pass normally gives a render time estimate. But then, I rarely ever have used it. Always takes longer than 1-pass, and realistically I can't normally see a difference.

i hope some day adobe will some day add a estimated time because I was having issues with it the other day a thought it was freezing
