Window on second monitor disappers when opening export window

Using PPro latest Version at this time.

I'm using a 2 Monitor workspace.

 

When opening the export workspace some windows on my second monitor are disappearing. Closing the export window, the windows on my 2nd monitor are reappearing. So far so good. But when calling Media Encoder for export the winow on my second Monitor won't be shown again. I have to change my workspace by selecting any workspace and after selecting  my "2 Window Workspace"  all windows on my second monitor will be shown.

    I've had the same issue for a long time now. When i try to load a workspace or reset workspace, Premiere hangs and I have to use task manager to shut the program down and relaunch.
