Window size on Ultrawide monitors

Every time I open Premiere on an ultrawide monitor it cannot seem to “remember” its last window state. I always have to resize it. Sometimes it is maximized, sometimes it is windowed. And when it’s windowed it is in a different position on the screen every time.

This is not program breaking, of course, but it might be sanity breaking.
