Windows 11 Crashing during Export in Premiere

So I'm not sure where to start with this one. I think it must be something with my OS and not specifically Premiere as it's also happening with my Ista360 software. Whenever I'm trying to export a video, either adobe premiere will crash, or my computer will Green Screen "Unexpected error occured" I've tried exporting with and without hardware encoding and it's still having the same issues.

Here's the build I'm running, 

Intel I-7 12th Gen 12700k

64GB of DDR4 4400MHZ 

Asus RTX 3080. 

Any advice would be appreciated!

I am having this EXACT same problem......but on a Mac!  I have tried every trick I know, plus some extras, and Im at the point that Im thinking it something with the OS and not the project.  I have been trying to export for 4 days, I dont know what to do at this point
